In order to raise awareness of the association to all commissioned officers, and generally throughout society, has produced a dossier ASFAS to explain what their goals and philosophy, what initiatives are underway the expectations of the future, contact information and other data of interest.
Initially it was thought only to be released to the media and thus know which is the current problem of non-commissioned officers, but once finished, we thought which is a very interesting document point of view of any officer, as it contains plenty of links to rules and sites of interest to all of us. Moreover, there are to know all the efforts being undertaken by the association to defend the interests of the NCO.
